Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect item, or if the card does not match the listing description or photos, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@arisej.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a return or refund if applicable. Return shipping in this case is covered by JariseStore.
Orders Refused or Returned Due to Customs
If a package is returned to us because customs fees were refused or the delivery was not accepted, the refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and any return handling fees from our delivery partner.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
